Pipesco have recently passed their ISO 9001 Quality Management Assessment.
We are pleased to announce that Pipesco has been awarded UKAS accreditation for ISO 9001. This demonstrates our commitment to continuous improvement and quality of our services. In order to achieve ISO 9001 status, Pipesco were required to develop a quality management system which defines all company processes in a consistent way and provides a framework to measure and improve upon what we do.
We have been awarded ISO 9001:2015, which means we meet these specific requirements for a quality management system:
a) we demonstrate our ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customers statutory and regulatory requirements.
b) we enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of our quality management system, including establishing processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
All the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 are generic and are intended to be applicable to any organization, regardless of its type or size, or the products and services it provides.
